1. This machine mainly consists of: electric drive assembly, fabric winding wheel, fabric guiding wheel, automatic edge alignment mechanism, upper and lower light boxes (fabric inspection area), main frame, fabric stacking, and other major parts. 2. The machine features a unique design, moderate height, and is easy to operate. 3. It uses a frequency converter control with overload protection and overcurrent protection. 4. The machine has a speed adjustment function, allowing the speed to be adjusted as needed. 5. The light box uses imported fluorescent acrylic glass, enabling clear inspection of the fabric. 6. Equipped with a foot pedal pause switch, press to stop immediately, release to resume operation. 7. The entire machine is treated with electrostatic spraying, providing bright color, wear resistance, and durability. 8. Equipped with universal wheels for easy movement. 9. Electronic length counter (can convert between meters and yards). 10. Manual tension adjustment mechanism is set to control the fabric winding tension. 11. Suitable for knitted and woven fabrics, fabric inspection, fabric checking, winding, loosening, and measuring length. 12. By rotating the fabric feeding shaft, the fabric is automatically unfolded before entering the inspection area to avoid false detection caused by uneven fabric. 13. Equipped with a printer to print labels, facilitating the recording of each fabric roll's length; can be connected to a computer for easy backup of each fabric roll's data.
